We offer long-term Højskole stays two times a year. Below, you can see the start and end dates for each stay.

All our long-term Højskole stays follow the same structure: three modules where you chose your subjects, three project weeks (Ø-week), and a studytrip. You can see an example of the schedule here and explore the subjects offered within our nine subject areas:

Autumn 2026

August 5 – December 15

Join Odder Folk High School in the autumn of 2026. In addition to the three modules with classes and project weeks focused on one subject, we’ll go on a trip to Berlin. To wrap up the stay, you’ll have the opportunity to go on a ski trip to Norway.

Spring 2027

January 10 – June 26

Join Odder Folk High School in the spring of 2027. In addition to the three modules with classes and the three project weeks focused on one subject, we’ll go on a trip to Berlin.

Autumn 2027

August 4 – December 14

Join Odder Folk High School in the autumn of 2027. In addition to the three modules with classes and project weeks focused on one subject, we’ll go on a trip to Berlin. To wrap up the stay, you’ll have the opportunity to go on a ski trip to Norway.

Prices for a højskole stay

REGISTRATION FEE AND MATERIAL LISTS

You pay a registration fee of DKK 1500 before the start of your stay.
In the biginning of the semester you pay DKK 2000 for material costs.

The DKK 1500 covers expenses related to your regular class as well as songbook, student photo, internet and much more.
The DKK 500 is for individual additional consumption.
