To live a good life, you need to be able to handle a certain amount of discomfort. If you’re not prepared for it, discomfort can easily knock you off course. That’s why we’ve created a course where, for one intense week, you’ll face discomfort head-on.

Nye vaner

We challenge the modern urge to always seek comfort. Instead, we choose discomfort — deliberately and mindfully.

Through physical, sensory, and psychological challenges, you’ll learn what you’re truly capable of when you step outside your comfort zone. You might discover that you’re stronger, tougher, and more adaptable than you thought.

This course is not about suffering for its own sake — it’s about growing resilience. And who knows? After a week of discomfort, you might just pick up a few surprising new habits:

Eating food you never thought you’d enjoy

Morning runs

Cold water dips

Push or pamper

If you want to push your limits even further, you can combine this with Winter Swimming.
If you’d rather give your body some care and recovery, Massage & Bodyflow is also an option.
