In Outdoor Fitness, we train like in the good old days: hardcore workouts on a grass field with a pull-up rig, tractor tires, and a workout plan designed to push your body to the limit. Expect:
WODs, AMRAPs, EMOMs — and maybe even a little Murph now and then
Bodyweight strength training
Cardio in every form you can imagine
Training in the wild
We train in sunshine, rain, sleet, and hail — and the worse the weather, the more fun we have. You’ll learn to build workouts that can be done anywhere, using nothing but your own body and surroundings. No gym? No problem.
Once you know how to train outside, bad weather will never be an excuse again.
You don’t need any gear or knowledge of lifting techniques to join. All you need is a mindset: a willingness to train, to feel the burn, and to enjoy it.
