We dive into real-world cases — the wins and the absolute disasters — and analyze how individuals, companies, and organizations have handled public backlash. You’ll learn to understand the mechanics of a crisis:

And what can you do once the avalanche is rolling?
Crisis communication & strategic storytelling
You’ll get hands-on tools for crisis management, reputation repair, and narrative control. We’ll practice writing public statements, talking to the press, and owning the story — before someone else does it for you.
You’ll see how social media can be both a bomb and a lifeline — and how to use it to your advantage when things get messy.
Through creative scenarios, you’ll build your own crisis playbook. What do you do when you’re misunderstood online? When someone digs up an old tweet? When you need to say sorry — and really mean it?
Shitstorm gives you the skills to think fast, speak wisely, and act with integrity — even when everything is on fire.
