Walking and Well-being at Odder Højskole

Every day we walk through forests or along the beach in the beautiful surroundings. You get plenty of fresh air and exercise — and great opportunities to enjoy a variety of nature. There are half-day hikes as well as longer excursions with packed lunches. We alternate between walk-and-talk sessions and silent hiking, and there is also plenty of time to simply walk at your own pace whenever you want.

When we’re not hiking, you’ll be treated to relaxation and well-being activities for you and your body, such as:

  • Stretching and gentle relaxation
  • Foot care and pampering
  • Yoga and guided meditation
  • Tips and ideas for better sleep
  • Body awareness exercises
  • A winter swim or summer dip, depending on the season

Welcome to a week full of many things you might miss but don’t always make time for!If you want to pamper your body even more, you can also choose Massage and Bodyflow. If you want to challenge yourself, consider taking HumanX or Discomfort.
