Watercolor painting is all about using water-based paints on special paper. Water takes center stage here—everything flows and moves! “Disasters” and unexpected surprises happen all the time. But that’s exactly what makes this subject so exciting and unique: the unpredictability, the beautiful chaos. You start with a plan, get lost along the way, and often end up somewhere you could never have imagined—in a really great way!

Let Your Creativity Flow

At first, you’ll work on exercises that teach you about colors, techniques, and possibilities. Later, you’ll get plenty of freedom to experiment on your own.

In watercolor, everything flows. You’ll learn the art’s techniques, but also how to let your creativity flow with the paint.

If you want a more controlled expression, you can combine watercolor with courses like Drawing or Painting.
