Walking & Wellbeing
Every morning we go for a walk in the forest or by the beach in our beautiful surroundings. We go, regardless of whether it rains, snows, storms or is sunny. You come through many kinds of nature. You may be challenged by the weather. You get tired and get lots of fresh air.
We alternate between walk and talk and walking in silence. But there will also be plenty of time to just wander as you wish.
In the afternoon there is wellness and well-being for you and your body. Each day has a theme, e.g
- Stretching and relaxation
- Everything good for the feet
- Yoga and meditation
- Tips and ideas for good sleep
